Terms of Service

1. Who we are

WallpaperZZZ ("we," "us") is a hobby-scale web service at wallpaperzzz.net that offers curated desktop wallpapers — both free and premium — for personal use.

By visiting or using the service, you ("you," "the user") agree to these terms. If you don't, please don't use the service.

2. Accounts

You don't need an account to browse or to download free wallpapers. You do need one to save favorites, purchase premium content, or subscribe. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

We may suspend or close any account that abuses the service, attempts to bypass payment, infringes copyright, or violates these terms.

3. Pricing & payment

Premium wallpapers cost $2.99 (USD) each as a one-time purchase. The premium subscription costs $4.99/month or $39.99/year and unlocks unlimited downloads of all premium content while active.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We don't see or store your full card number. By making a purchase you authorise Stripe to charge your chosen payment method.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel any time through the billing portal at /account/subscription — you keep access through the end of the period you've already paid for.

4. Refunds

Because downloads are delivered immediately, one-time purchases are generally non-refundable. We'll consider refunds on a case-by-case basis if a file is corrupted or you were charged in error — email us within 14 days.

Subscription users in the EU/EEA may exercise statutory withdrawal rights. Contact us if this applies and you haven't yet downloaded any premium wallpapers.

5. Content & licence

All wallpapers on the service are licensed for personal use only. Full rules are in our License. You don't own the wallpapers — you receive a limited, revocable licence to use them as described there.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• resell, redistribute, or sublicense any wallpaper;
• use any wallpaper in commercial products, marketing, or for-profit content without our written permission;
• scrape, automate, or otherwise abuse the service to download content in bulk;
• attempt to bypass paywalls, reverse-engineer the service, or access content you haven't paid for;
• upload, submit, or transmit content (this site is curated; users don't upload).

7. Service "as is"

The service is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability, that any specific wallpaper will remain available, or that the site will be free of bugs.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or €100, whichever is greater.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. If we make a material change we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the new terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hungary. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hungarian courts — unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country says otherwise.
